The challenge

The existing site was a brochure. Visitors looked, found no reason to act, and left. Agents followed up from memory and personal WhatsApp threads, so nobody knew which listings produced interest or where enquiries were being lost.

What we did

We worked through this in stages, starting with what had to be true before anything else could be built.

  1. Rebuilt the property listing experience around search behaviour rather than catalogue structure, with fast filtering on the criteria buyers actually use.
  2. Put a single enquiry path on every listing, routed to the responsible agent with an automatic acknowledgement to the enquirer.
  3. Refreshed the visual identity and photography standards so listings looked consistent and credible.
  4. Added reporting on which listings generate enquiries, feeding back into what the agency chooses to market.

The result

Measured against the baseline captured during discovery, not against a target chosen afterwards.
