These terms govern your use of www.vida.ng and any enquiry, subscription or assessment you submit through it. By using the site you accept these terms. Separate written agreements govern any paid engagement between you and Vida ICT Solutions, and those agreements take precedence over anything on this page.
01 Use of this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no submitting automated or fraudulent enquiries, no uploading malicious files, no scraping content at scale, and no interfering with the operation of the site or anyone else's use of it.
02 Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting a form, requesting a quote or booking a call does not create a contract between us and does not reserve capacity. Any engagement begins only when both parties have signed a written agreement or you have accepted a written proposal and paid any agreed deposit.
03 Accuracy of information you provide
You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your organisation. Where you upload documents you confirm you have the right to share them with us.
04 Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, logos, code and the Vida ICT Solutions name and mark — is owned by Vida ICT Solutions or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from it without written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal reference use.
Where we build software for you, ownership of the deliverables is governed by your written project agreement, not by these terms.
05 No professional advice
Articles, guides, audit results and other content on this website are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for advice specific to your organisation, systems, jurisdiction or circumstances. Audit scores are indicative estimates based on your own answers and are not an assurance, certification or security assessment.
06 Third-party links

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Imo State, Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website, unless a written project agreement specifies otherwise.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
